Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions of the lucky draw are as follows:

1. To be eligible to participate in the draw, you must be a shiokTOYS member. Apply to be a member today, it is FREE.

2. Only pre-orders placed and deposit received during the items' Shiok Price period are entitled to be included in the draw.

3. The item's non-refundable deposit must be fully paid before the draw.

4. Winner must pay the full amount of the item that they pre-ordered and selected as the winning draw before collecting their prize.

5. Order placed is non-cancellable or non-exchangeble with another item.

6. The draw will be made within 5 days from the end of the last item's Shiok Price period. Result is final and no appeal is allowed. We will inform the winner the following day.

7. All shipping and delivery cost to the winner is to be borne by the winner.

8. The management of shiokTOYS is entitled to make changes to the terms and conditions if required.
